- Titanal and carbon
- Stable at high speed
- Extra grip on ice
- Fast graphite base
- A softer board is nicer for park

Edge Lift: the board’s tips are raised up to 1.5 mm. That means the ends touch the snow slightly less. You’re less likely to catch an edge and initiating turns becomes easier — even when you’re tired at the end of the day.

Multi-Grip: small ridges just under 1 mm high along the edges beneath your bindings. You can hardly see them. On a hard, icy run they give you extra grip. Think of them like tire chains for your board.
The Alfa TI is built for riders who want to keep going. It stays steady when you pick up speed and locks into a hard, icy run.
That comes from what’s inside: titanal, carbon, kevlar and a fast graphite base. Titanal absorbs impacts so you feel fewer vibrations. Carbon adds pop and makes the board snappy.
Lots of board for your money. Titanal and carbon are usually found in more expensive boards. With THE you get them at a normal price: you pay for the board, not the logo.
Still, it doesn’t ride heavy. The board’s tips are slightly raised so you’re less likely to catch an edge. Initiating turns is easy, even at low speed.
If you mostly ride park and prefer a softer, more playful board, choose the THE Revolt.

Technical specifications
THE Boards Company makes top gear at a normal price. Below you’ll find what’s inside the Alfa TI and what that means on the mountain.
Fast base with carbon and graphite. Holds wax well, so you stay fast for longer.
Makes the board stable along its length while allowing some flex across the width. That makes turns feel smooth.
Additional holes to mount your bindings further back. That makes it easier to float in fresh snow.
Wood core made of beech, paulownia, poplar and spruce. Light, strong and lively.
An extra layer of carbon, kevlar and basalt. Lightweight and strong, it also makes the board more responsive.
Fiberglass in three directions. Your power transfers directly to the edges so the board responds quickly.
