The Bataleon Stereo is a snowboard for riders who want to ride creatively all over the mountain. From the park to sidehits and from fast groomers to slushy spring conditions: this twin freestyle machine combines playfulness with surprisingly high levels of control. Thanks to the iconic Triple Base Technology™ (3BT™) and SideKick™, the Stereo feels smooth, catch-free and approachable without sacrificing pop or stability.
With a medium flex the Bataleon Stereo offers exactly the right balance between forgiveness and responsiveness. This makes the board ideal for intermediate to advanced snowboarders looking to expand their freestyle skills. Butters, presses and spins feel effortless, while the camber profile provides enough edge hold and energy for powerful carves and stable landings. The twin shape makes riding switch completely natural and ensures the board feels at home in the park.
The Stereo's construction is designed for durability and performance. The Light Core of paulownia and poplar keeps the board light and lively, while carbon stringers add extra pop and quick edge-to-edge response. The Ultra Glide S sintered base delivers high speeds and excellent durability, even during intensive park days. Thanks to the Bi-Ax fiberglass layup the board remains playful and easy to control, ideal for riders developing their style.
What truly sets the Bataleon Stereo apart is the unique 3D-shape concept. The raised sidebases significantly reduce the chance of edge catches and make turns smoother and more playful. Our tried-and-tested carbon layups. We've used them in different places to precisely tune the ride feel of each model.
A traditional bi-directional weave that is light, strong and playful; it keeps the board lively and responsive without adding torsional stiffness, which is ideal for creative riding.
Camber profiles are defined from low to high. A higher camber produces more dynamic boards that require a more aggressive ride to reach peak performance. Lower camber boards ride smoother at low speeds and in powder. All camber profiles run from nose to tail. Higher isn't always better...
The true twin shape ensures the snowboard is symmetrical in both shape and flex, making riding in either direction equally comfortable and responsive.
